Rasha Eid is an Appellate Lawyer and member of the Beirut Bar Association with over 11 years of experience in litigation, legal advisory, and contract management.

She has represented clients in commercial, civil and criminal matters, with strong expertise in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts, advising on corporate and labor issues, and supporting dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration.

Her professional background spans advisory roles in Beirut and recent practical experience within the Ghanaian legal system through her work with a leading law firm in Accra, where she handled legal research, pleadings, contract review, and comparative legal analysis.

Rasha holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from the Lebanese University and serves as Consultant Counsel to Platinum and Taylor Hill LP, bringing cross-border perspective and international legal insight to the firm’s practice.
