Moses Faya is a distinguished Partner at PLATINUM & TAYLOR HILL LP, where he leads the Data Protection & Cybersecurity and Start-ups practices.
With a deep commitment to Cybersecurity, Internet Governance, and Research, he has developed a distinctive career trajectory within the legal profession.
Moses has collaborated with esteemed law firms and was instrumental in drafting the 2018/2019 Nigerian Data Protection Bill. He played an active role in the National Cybersecurity Capacity Review for Nigeria, contributing to the assessment of the Cybercrime Act 2015, as well as the Nigeria Cybersecurity Policy and Strategy.
He also serves as a Senior Researcher with Advocacy for Policy Innovation, which has facilitated his extensive contributions to publications on Cybersecurity and Internet Governance within the legal field. Among his notable works are;

Moses Faya holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the University of Jos and a Master’s Degree in Cyber Security from the Centre for Cyber Space at Nasarawa, Nigeria. He is an active member of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA), the International Young Lawyers Association, and the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators of Nigeria.
