Team Timothy Olamide Olaniyi Profile

TIMOTHYOLAMIDE OLANIYI is a dynamic legal practitioner. He currently serves as an associate in both the Dispute Resolution team and the Sports Law Practice ofthe firm.

His journey into the legal profession began as an NYSC associate at the firm, and during this period, he has successfully represented numerous clients in various Superior Courts of Record in Nigeria.

Having graduated from Ahmadu Bello University in Zaria, Kaduna State, Timothy is a member of both the Nigerian Bar Association and the Nigerian Bar Association Section on Business Law.

Additionally, he is actively involved in the Otunba Lana Akintan (Human Rights) Defence Foundation, an Indigenous human rights defence foundation in his hometown of Oja-Odan, Ogun State. Notably, this foundation is the first of its kind in the entire Ketu Kingdom of Yewa North Local Government of Ogun State.

Timothy is not only passionate about practising law but also about expanding his legal knowledge. He is an avid reader, a dedicated legal researcher, and a prolific writer. His written work, including numerous law articles, has been published on popular Nigerian law blogs and across various social media platforms.

Furthermore, he harbours a deep interest in capital market law and continues to actively explore this field.
